They cook in 5–10 minutes and deliver a naturally wholesome flavor with no added sugar, oils, or salt. Oats are naturally rich in dietary fiber (including beta-glucans) that help promote lasting satiety and support normal cholesterol levels as part of a balanced diet. Non-GMO and vegan. We thoroughly clean the grain and pack the flakes in a resealable kraft pouch to preserve aroma and crunch.
